Students Attend Concert Band Clinic in Manhattan

This past weekend, Mr. Stice along with Drew McVey and Andrew Rawlings traveled to Manhattan to attend the 16th Annual Kansas State University Music Department Concert Band Clinic.  These two boys auditioned upon arrival and were placed in the top band of 6.  The bands rehearsed Friday evening, all day Saturday and gave a concert Sunday afternoon at 1:00 pm in McCain Auditorium on the K-State campus.  There were about 190 students from across the state who participated this year and our students auditioned in the top 85% of the students who auditioned to get into each band.  Congratulations, gentlemen!  Way to represent Madison and your priority of excellence!
