Madison Girls and Boys Track Teams Both Win Regionals
State Track Meet May 28-29
Madison High School track teams won its home track and field regional on Friday, with the Bulldog boys winning by four points and the girls winning by 36 points.The Bulldog girls scored 95 points and the boys scored 65 points.
Three Lady Bulldogs took first in their events: Morgan Stout in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:03.44, Malacie Bybee in the pole vault (7') and Shelby Buster in the shot put (35'3.75"). . . .

6th Grade Castles
Mr. Maltby's 6th grade students just completed a unit on mid evil history. In conjunction with this unit the students also completed a castle in art class. These castles start out as clay slabs then are cut and rolled into castle towers with windows, steps and bricks. The students finished the castles with their choice of glaze.

Four Educators Retire This Year
A reception was held on May 19, 2010 for Barb Kuhlmann, Karen Engle, Linda Meyer, and Tom Fowler. These four educators are retiring this year.
Barb Kuhlmann is currently the Title I Math teacher at the elementary school. She has 25 years of service.
