Odyssey of the Minds Competition
Three Odyessey of the Mind teams from Madison competed at the Regional OM tournament
held on February 27 at Carbondale, Kansas. Team One in Division One competed in the
Nature Trail'R problem. The students on this team were Emma Murphy, Emily Farrow,

Junior High Student as a Semifinalist for Kansas Letters About Literature
Seventh grader, Quentin Haas, was selected as a semifinalist in the Kansas Letters about Literature contest. Quentin wrote a reflective letter to author Debra Seely, about how her book affected him.

Junior High Quiz Bowl
The Junior High JV and Varsity Quiz Bowl teams both took First place at the SCC meet!Those that participated in the event were Brenda McCollum, Tristen Brandt, Hayden Serrer, Marcus Ramirez, Owen Reed, Kayla Schaffer, Katie Gehring, Quinten Hass, and Sam Davis.
